All of the activities you need are available in the Pre-Primary Guide.Junior Youth (Ages 13-14) will be split into two classes with one teacher and one assistant per class. You will have your own Teen Guides and DVD’s to assist you in teaching. We would recommend the two classes work together. Suggested crafts and games are available. You will be responsible for the balloons on the last night (Thursday) Your responsibilities will be: • Provide helium tanks (available at Gingerich Tractor) • Fill balloons and attach tags • Return helium tanks • Balloons, strings and tags are provided You will be available to help clean up the stage and church on the last evening.Islanders will enjoy Tropical Treats in their Lighthouse various times throughout the evening. Your job is to help prepare the treats and deliver them to the Islanders each evening.The Ride the Tide Games station gives the kids an opportunity to burn off excess energy. You will have 3 groups each night. There will be 4 teachers, each leading out in this division. Games will be provided for each night.Leaders have the opportunity to lead their group from different stations and also teach at their own Lighthouse. You will have a 20-minute reflection time where you emphasize the Treasured Verse for the evening, have prayer with your group, and enjoy a Tropical Treat!The Deep Sea Craft station gives you the opportunity to lead out with a craft each night. You will have 3 groups each night. You will have a chance to work together with the other teachers. Jody will be providing all the supplies & craft projects for the week so she will work with you to prepare.
